Can't believe I almost missed this. Here is my submission.

I followed the guidelines for size but for some reason it appears mine is much smaller than everyone elses. Any suggestions as to what I might have done wrong? Thanks.

Yes. It looks like you clicked the attachment icon and not the picture icon to add your image.
